The process for motor vehicle claims generally have to go through a survey process first, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, the claim survey process is often hampered due to social restrictions ordered by the government, which hinders the claim process. PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna, Tok innovates by utilizing advances in technology to try implementing an online claim survey process using the e-claim which was created to simplify and overcome the survey process during the Covid-19 pandemic.
From the results of this work practice, the authors conclude that the Digital Survey process has succeeded in overcoming the survey process which was constrained by the Covid-19 pandemic and increasing time and cost efficiency in the claims survey process, so that the claims survey process runs more easily even though there are several obstacles in the Digital Survey implementation process such as poor network, low light condition, link errors and so on.
