Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT Asuransi Umum Videi
This study aims to determine and examine the analysis of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Asuransi Umum Videi. This research was conducted at PT Asuransi Umum Videi. The population in this study is the customers of PT Asuransi Umum Videi itself. The sample used as testing material was 100 people. The data analysis technique used is deskriptif quantitatif to see the effect of each variable partially (t test) and the effect together (F test) and determine the magnitude of the effect with the coefficient of determination method using SPSS 25 software. Test results This shows that the quality of service which consists of 5 dimensions only 3 variables that have a significant effect partially and 2 dimensions have no significant effect partially but simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously. The magnitude of the effect is quite small so that further research is needed on service quality on customer satisfaction combined with other variables.
