In addition, insurance companies can also provide guarantees for the survival of companies from economic losses. Closing property insurance through an insurance broker in the Business Development Division of PT Asuransi Central Asia must go through several processes. Starting from the entry of insurance offers from insurance brokers to insurance companies, acceptance of risk by insurance companies, negotiations between insurance companies and insurance brokers on behalf of the insured, to issuance of the policy. Sometimes, when the closing process is in progress, problems often occur both internally and externally.
