Along with the times and the rise of the insurance industry in Indonesia, it has attracted the public as a way to transfer risks on the assets they own. Insurance is considered to provide protection because it provides financial guarantees to policyholders or insurance participants in facing certain risks. So mediation is superior in terms of providing greater flexibility in reaching a solution that is acceptable to all parties, cost efficiency and maintaining good relations between both parties.
