This report discusses the low level of credit life insurance penetration in Indonesia in 2022 due to a lack of public understanding of its benefits. Even so, the life insurance industry is experiencing positive growth. Closing Credit Life Insurance at PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri is an important step in providing financial protection to customers, where credit life insurance is a collaboration product between banks and insurance companies to pay off credit when the debtor dies. PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri is committed to providing comprehensive and quality protection solutions. This report aims to understand the process of closing Credit Life Insurance and overcome obstacles in this process at PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri, based on data collected during the author's internship there. The process includes receiving CN documents, preparing DN, issuing e-certificates, and implementing AJK closure. The results of the internship show that the division at PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri functions well according to the division of work, and the author received the right direction from the mentor regarding decision making according to the work flow. Overall, the process of closing credit life insurance starts with BNI Bank who contacts the Perdana Mandiri Fresnel team.
