In this final project report, it identifies several risks that may occur in the application of employee work discipline at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida The results of this analysis and evaluation provide valuable insight for companies in optimizing risk management strategies, minimizing risks that may arise, and increasing employee performance and productivity. by implementing effective risk management, PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida can create a safe work environment, build trust, and increase competitive advantage in a highly changing industry Good discipline reflects a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him, this encourages work enthusiasm and the realization of the goals of the company, employees and society. Therefore, every company always tries to ensure that its employees have good discipline, because of their attitude. High discipline will have a positive impact on the company and will greatly influence the progress of the company's human resource productivity. The results of this research show that PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida has implemented work discipline, but employee performance has not met operational standards, because employee discipline has not been fully implemented, there are several employees who do not follow the regulations that apply in the company, this can be seen in the presence of employees who do not come. on time or often late.
