This insurance claim process is an important stage that customers must go through to get insurance benefits in accordance with applicable regulations. This research identifies the various stages that go through in the claims settlement process, starting from reporting claims by customers, verifying documents, to paying claims. The research results show that PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya has a structured system and clear procedures for handling personal accident insurance claims. This aims to ensure that every claim submitted can be processed quickly, accurately and transparently
